'PROVIDENCE'

This statement has been prepared to help with disabilities to assess whether these premises will accessable to them.

'Providence' is a self catering single story bungalow on a largely level site.

The bungalow access is approximately 15 metres from a tarmaced road with a concrete pathway to the front door.

Access to the bungalow is up one step (14cm door frame) although a wheelchair ramp can be provided on request,the property is not fully adapted for wheelchair users.

Minimum internal door width is 71 cm.

The bedrooms are not large enough for a wheel chair to manoevure around the beds.

The walk in shower cubical has a 14cm step.

We are pleased to accept guide dogs.

Access to the beach is via steep steps or a steep slipway.

The nearest bus stop is approximately 1 .2 km. away and access to the site is via an unadopted road in poor condition with occasional pot holes and unmarked ramps.

The Lymington to Yarmouth Ferry is approximately 5 km. away and taxi's are usually available.
